We designed this table for a strong customer who wants to specialize in arm wrestling. The table is used to train the situation in our customer's competition using the cable pulley, so that he is optimally prepared for it. The padding made for this is relatively firm so that the elbow does not sink in too far and remains stable. There are also handles with intensive knurling on the sides that you can hold on to with your other hand, just like in competition. The dimensions also correspond to those of the competition table. The table is also designed so that you can train your left and right arms. To do this you just have to move the cushion in the middle.
